Superwheel®: All-plastic Skatewheel Conveyor Wheel Replacement
Superwheel is the all-plastic skatewheel conveyor replacement wheel. Superwheel's six tubular rollers are used in place of the ball bearings that are usually used in wheels of this type. The large rollers or closely spaced and maintain contact across their full width. This provides exceptional load carrying capacity and eliminates the brinelling problem of a ball bearing type plastic wheel.
Pallet Flow High Strength Plastic Wheels for Gravity Flow Conveyors
The Pallet Flow wheels are use on rails along with mechanical brakes for use with FIFO storage racks in high density warehouses. The Pallet Flow wheels are made from high strength plastic and have an exceptional load rating for their low price. The Pallet Flow gravity conveyor rails are placed into high density, FIFO storage racks.
Palletflo®: Gravity Live Storage Racks, Quiet, Non-Marring, Urethane Wheels
Palletflo's urethane wheels help put the control in controlled gravity live storage racks. Palletflo adds economy because there is no need for power, braking devices, special pallets, or re-handling of loads and pallets when transferring from receiving pallets to special pallet to shipping pallet. Its simplicity and versatility make it easy to apply whether the need is for a single lane to accumulate the output of a palletizer or a complete high-rise warehouse.
Miniwheels®: Lightweight Conveyor Wheels
Miniwheels lightweight conveyor wheels are self-contained wheel and bracket units, which along with spacers snap into standard aluminum extruded tracks or any sheet metal part to produce instant mini-conveyors, and snap out just as easily for replacement or re-use in another location.
Omni Directional Conveyor Wheels
Transwheels® are omni directional wheels used in manual and powered transfer systems.
OMNI Wheels® are heavy-duty multidirectional wheels for multidirectional conveying.
Transdisc® are a simple floor or platform mounted multidirectional wheels that have a low profile and are light-weight with low friction. Transdisc have a heavy-duty rating making them ideal device for multidirectional material handling systems.
