Request		Home > Gravity Flow Rack Wheels For Gravity Flow Racks & Gravity Conveyors Kornylak manufactures a variety of wheels that are used on a gravity flow rack or on a gravity conveyor. These wheels are available in two types: Standard and Controlled. Gravity flow or Pallet flow Controlled Gravity Flow Wheels Controlled wheels limit the flow of objects on gravity racks or gravity conveyors. Kornylak developed Palletflo wheels with an elastomeric hysteresis property to control the flow of objects in gravity live storage racks. The controlled load on Palletflo wheels flows smoothly and comes to a safe, gentle stop. The Palletflo tire is also weight responsive. Heavier pallet loads cause greater tire deformation, and greater retarding action, resulting in heavier loads moving slower than lighter loads. Palletflo wheels are specifically designed to handle a wide variety of industry standard pallets on gravity rack or gravity conveyors. Palletflo®: Wheels that control the flow of objects on a gravity conveyor. Pallet Flow High Strength Plastic Wheels for Gravity Flow Conveyors The Pallet Flow wheels are use on rails along with mechanical brakes for use with FIFO storage racks in high density warehouses. The Pallet Flow wheels are made from high strength plastic and have an exceptional load rating for their low price. The Pallet Flow gravity conveyor rails are placed into high density, FIFO storage racks. Standard Wheels Standard wheels are made out of hard plastic or metal, and gravity controls the flow of the objects rolling on the wheels. For display or a quick pick rack with minimal slope Standard wheels work fine. At Kornylak we offer three different Standard wheels for gravity flow racks. Mini Wheel®: A light weight wheel for use on storage and gravity flow racks. Superwheel®: A conveyor skatewheel used on gravity conveyors and flow racks for heavier loads. Transwheel®: A light weight omni-directional conveyor wheel. However, for long runs or high angle of slope on gravity flow racks, objects on the Standard wheels may go out of control. On uncontrolled Standard wheels a load accelerates continuously and loose objects tend to fly out of the rack or off the conveyor due to impact at the end of the rack.
