Specifications for Mini-Rail Gravity Conveyor System

Extruded aluminum track. Single-row track has two flanges which easy interlocking of adjacent conveyor rails.

Tracks con be easily drilled for mounting to suit installation conditions.

Minimum longitudinal wheel spacing is: 1/8", 3.1mm center-to-center. Minimum track spacing: 1 3/8", 34.9mm center-to-center.

Wheel spacing can be varied by the addition of snap-in spacers. The use of spacers are recommended on all wheel spacing larger than 1 1/8", 28.5mm centers, to insure that proper spacing will be maintained.

Curved Conveyor Rails Using Lightweight Mini-Wheel Gravity Sections

Kornylak Corporation has put a bend into the Mini-Wheel lightweight conveyors

The once straight extruded aluminum conveyor rails can now be bent for conveying lightweight packages around corners. The aluminum rail is notched to allow us to bend the rail into the arc you need. The rails can still be linked together for increased weight loads and for better package flow around curves. Sections are preformed to standard 48º radius.
