Miniwheel®: Lightweight, All-Plastic Conveyor Wheels
Miniwheels are lightweight, all-plastic conveyor wheels used for carton flow and gravity conveyors. With easy, fast assembly Miniwheels are self-contained wheel and bracket units which along with spacers snap into standard aluminum extruded tracks or any sheet metal part to produce instant mini-conveyors, and snap out just as easily for replacement or re-use in another location.
All-Plastic Construction
The all-plastic construction of Miniwheel components, i.e., the wheel, bearing cradle and spacer, are molded of high impact, low static engineering plastics. Miniwheels are Virtually indestructible in normal use.
No Rust From Weather, Chemicals & Steam Cleaning
No rust Miniwheel's all plastic components and aluminum rail are corrosion resistant, permitting applications with exposure to weather, water, many chemicals, and steam cleaning.
Extra Strong & Heavy-Duty
The extra strong Miniwheel, model JXA 109, has a recommended working load rating of three pounds per wheel. Model JXA 110 heavy duty Miniwheel with a stainless steel axle has a load rating of twenty-five pounds.
Remarkably Lightweight Wheels
Remarkably lightweight Miniwheel is all muscle, weighs just .013 lbs. Ideal for portable or aircraft applications.
No Lubrication Miniwheels run dry, never need oil or grease.
Free Running, Because of the unit's extremely low friction, the Miniwheel runs smoothly, silently, and effortlessly. Requires only .3" per foot of slope for gravity flow of a solid bottomed object.
Miniwheel Has Many Applications
Miniwheel systems are designed to handle light to medium weight packages, especially those too small for conventional conveyors. Their clean, attractive design can be utilized for live storage units, order picking racks, process conveyors, and transport conveyors - in such businesses and industries as: electronic components, baking, automotive components, candy making, printing and binding, textiles, cigarettes and many others.
