Kornylak Corporation is now offering high strength plastic pallet flow wheels or skate wheels. These green plastic wheels are designed for use in gravity flow conveyor rail systems with mechanical wheel brakes. This high strength plastic wheel has a double bearing set giving it the highest load rating available.

Because of the complexity, pallet flow racks or FIFO storage systems sometimes have a higher initial cost than standard static racks; however, these gravity flow storage racks provide a dramatic reduction in cost to the overall operating and capital cost, while improving material handling efficiency and saving floor space.
