Superwheel bearing friction is only one-third that of all plastic wheels previously available for conveyor systems and the all-plastic design means Superwheel can be exposed to different environments. Pallet Flow High Strength Plastic Wheels Pallet Flow high strength plastic skate wheels are designed to work in conveyor rails with mechanical brakes. These conveyor rails are placed into high density, FIFO storage racks, and gravity conveyor systems. The Pallet Flow wheels are made from high strength plastic and have the highest load rating available. Palletflo®: Urethane Tires, Plastic, Control Pallet Flow, Gravity Conveyors Palletflo's urethane tires use hysteresis breaking action to control the pallet flow down gravity conveyors. Palletflo's urethane tires are bonded to heavy-duty steel wheels with ball bearings. Miniwheel®: Lightweight Plastic wheels Miniwheels are lightweight plastic wheels, brackets and spacers that go into an aluminum rail for carton flow conveying. The Lightweight Miniwheel is an all-plastic wheel. The heavy-duty Miniwheel uses a stainless steel axle. Transwheel®: All-Plastic Wheel Bodies & Nylon Roller Wheels Transwheel have eight free-turning nylon rollers that are around the Transwheel periphery, now combine the movement of the nylon rollers with the rotation of the all-plastic wheel body and you have the ability to move loads in any direction. Transdisc®: All-Plastic Bodies & Nylon Roller Wheels Transdisc have an all-plastic bodies and nylon roller wheels and are a simple floor or platform mounted multidirectional wheels that have a low profile and are light-weight with low friction. Omni Wheel: Plastic Multidirectional Wheels The Omnidirectional 2570 and 2580 series Omni Wheels are plastic multidirectional wheels that are corrosion resistant and well suited for applications where dirt, dust and moisture may be present.
