Pallet Flow Wheels are High Strength Plastic Skate Wheels
Pallet Flow high strength plastic skate wheels are designed to work in conveyor rails with mechanical brakes. These conveyor rails are placed into high density, FIFO storage racks, and gravity conveyor systems. The Pallet Flow wheels are made from high strength plastic and have the highest load rating available for the price.
Superwheel®: The All-Plastic Replacement For Skate Wheel Conveyors
Superwheels are the all-plastic replacement wheels for the skate wheel on conveyors. This Skatewheel's unique all-plastic design has very low friction and does not need lubrication, allowing it to be used in many harsh environments.
Palletflo®: Urethane Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor Wheels
The Palletflo urethane wheels are used on the gravity skatewheel conveyor to control the flow of objects down the Pallet Rack. Palletflo's design, coupling gravity with hysteresis control, results in immediate and long term cost savings. Because gravity is the power source, there are no belts, chains or mechanical devices to maintain; and because the "magic" of elastomer hysteresis controls the flow, there are no brakes, electronics, pneumatics or controls that require attention or maintenance that is associated with other pallet storage rack systems.
Transwheels®: The Omni Directional Skatewheel Conveyor Replacement Wheel
The model 2051B Transwheels is the omni directional conveyor replacement wheel. The model 2051B Transwheels has the same OD, bore and width dimensions as standard skatewheels, so you can easily convert any conveyor section to multi-directional "ball table" or workstation functions by substituting Transwheels, using the same axle rods and spacers.
