Superwheel - The All-Plastic Replacement For Skate Wheel Conveyors
Superwheels are the all-plastic replacement wheels for the skate wheel on conveyors. This Skatewheels unique all-plastic design has very low friction roller bearings and does not need lubrication. It's all plastic construction allows it to be used in many harsh environments.
Low Friction Plastic Wheel - Superwheel
Bearing friction in Superwheel is significantly lower than in plastic wheels previously available for conveyor systems. Friction is only one-third that of existing all-plastic wheels.
Corrosion Resistant Plastic - No Rust
All components of the Superwheel are corrosion resistant plastic, permitting applications with exposure to weather, salt water, steam and many chemicals.
Interchangeable With Conveyor Skatewheel
The Superwheel is interchangeable with conveyor skatewheels. Kornylak's Superwheel has the same OD, bore and width dimensions as standard skatewheels, so it works with the same axles, spacers and frames to produce all-plastic wheel conveyors.
No Lubrication - Run Dry
Superwheels require no lubrication they run dry, so you never need oil or grease.
Heavier Load Rating
Superwheels heavier load rating comes from the six tubular rollers used in place of the ball bearings typically found on wheels of this type. The large rollers are closely spaced and maintain contact across their full width. This provides exceptional load carrying capacity and eliminates the brinelling problem of a ball bearing type plastic wheel.
