Transdisc - Multidirectional Conveyor Wheels
Transdisc Multidirectional Conveyor Wheels Have Many Applications. Simple floor or platform mounting, combined with a low profile, lightweight, low friction and heavy duty rating make Transdisc an ideal device for rotation, transfer, multidirectional conveying, alignment and accurate positioning of very heavy loads, such as baggage containers, air cargo igloo loads, pallets, machinery and many other flat bottomed or pallet mounted items.

These environmentally friendly Transdisc can be used outdoors. The all stainless steel and high strength plastic construction resists water, dust, heat and cold.
Heavy-Duty & Easy To Install
The easy to install Transdisc has a heavy-duty 300 lb. capacity which allows wide spacing with ample walking area. And the simple mounting arrangement, free of cross shafts and chains, permits easy walking on the floor to push the load. Where loads are extremely heavy, Transdiscs can be mounted on 6 1/2" centers to provide an approximate 1,200 lbs./sq. ft. load capacity.
The Transdisc base has eight mounting holes in a circular pattern that permits index mounting in any 45 degree increment. The units can be bolted directly to the floor, platform surface or to structural members. An instant-mount Kit of eight discs of double-faced adhesive tape is also available for mounting Transdiscs quickly and inexpensively in any desired pattern on any concrete, steel or wood floor or platform. The kit eliminates the need for tools and labor to drill and bolt, and no engineering layouts are required. Yet instant-mounted Transdiscs can easily be pried loose with a pinch bar for rearrangement or relocation.
